Travel to Multiple Countries with a US Visit Visa
Table of contents
For decades now USA has been the world’s most favored nation when it comes to further education or the pursuit of a career. The country beckons all with its promise of a comfortable and easy life. And who would say no to that? With US visa, you can explore all. It has people from all across the globe, especially those from developing nations, wanting to work or make a life there.
Who can apply for a US visa?

It depends entirely on what your requirement is.
- Professional need: If you are a businessperson or a professional looking at America for better prospects, the US visa is a great idea as it gives you the freedom to explore further business opportunities.
- Higher studies: A student considering further studies can benefit from the US visa.
- Travel: And finally, if you are a traveller and would like to go sightseeing in the USA, you should get a US visa.
Are these the only reasons to apply for a US visa? As a matter of fact, no.
The US visa is one of the most powerful and sought-after visas in the world, and not simply because it opens the doors of America to the visa holder. It is also because the US visa has the power to unlock several other parts of the world for you.
More and more countries today offer visa exemption to people who hold a valid US visa. And this list is expanding every single day. Wouldn’t you like to have a list of visa-free countries that you can visit whenever you wish?
But why would other countries offer visa exemption to US visa holders?
Getting a US visa is a great thing. However, it is not easy. And many nations welcome US visa holders within their borders because:
1: Strict screening
A US visa is one of the most difficult ones to get. The US visa application process is strict and each applicant is screened thoroughly.
Getting a US visa means you have been screened and scrutinized pretty well. It is an indication that you do not possess any criminal history nor do you have any illegal immigration intentions.
2: Strong ties to your home country
If you plan on staying illegally anywhere in the world, America would be your first choice, right?
Before granting you a visa, the US visa department will make sure that you have strong ties to your home country. This means that despite having a US visa you have no plans of staying back in their country as an illegal immigrant.
3: Financial reasons
A screening process as thorough as that of the US requires a lot of money, time as well as effort. Not every country possesses the infrastructure or the financial capability to screen each applicant as painstakingly. For many nations, it is enough that the applicant has already been screened by the USA; they do not feel the need to screen them all over again.
So how does the visa-free concept work?
With a valid US visa in your pocket, the whole world (almost) is your destination. Some countries will grant you entry if you have travelled to the US at least once, while there are those who will welcome you just with a valid US visa, whether you have ever traveled to the US or not. Then there are some that will allow you in only if you have a multiple-entry visa, but since the US consulate usually grants a multiple-entry, 10 year visa, that gets taken care of.
Additionally, if you have a valid US visa, getting one for New Zealand, Australia, Schengen, UK and Canada is much easier and faster.
